Appointment Booking and Payment

All sessions take place either online via Zoom or in my consultation space. If you prefer an in-person session at your home or hotel within the pueblo of Tulum, there is an additional charge of €75.00.

To confirm your booking, prepayment is required via Wise, international bank transfer, or PayPal. Any applicable transaction fees must be covered by the client.

This prepayment serves as your commitment to the scheduled consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are generally not possible. However, if you need to cancel, please notify me at least 4 weeks in advance to receive a full refund.


For cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the scheduled appointment, 50% of the agreed amount will be charged. If I need to cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 weeks in advance at no extra cost. Please contact me to arrange a new date.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the time will be deducted from your consultation. Please make an effort to be on time to fully benefit from your session.

Illness-Related Cancellations

If you are unable to attend due to illness on the day of your appointment, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Please inform me as soon as possible so we can discuss rescheduling options.
